Goal

Develop a Dashboard and adjacent features for a Lead Management Software for the sales team of a fast-growing business that offers comprehensive insights into both current and prospective customers, gives a good overview of their sales, revenue and resource supply. / Design a website that provides a comprehensive overview of the technology the company invented, emphasizing its long-term effects and overall benefits. Website should also provide a simple way to find distribution partners or service providers all around the world.

Design Solutions

After discussions and gathering all necessary project-related data, we began ideating a refreshed branding for Sofwave’s website. One of the challenges was to balance Sofwave’s strong presence in the medical aesthetics industry with its pioneering role in the tech and software industry. The new aesthetic needed to seamlessly blend beauty, medicine, and technology. In the beauty industry, “before & after” images are more convincing than a thousand words. Therefore, the website visuals are rich with photos of models who have benefited from Sofwave’s technology. The ultrasonic wave technology is symbolized through wave elements that are incorporated into various website backgrounds. Combined with a clean, medical aesthetic, this effectively presents the Sofwave brand. Based on these considerations and the newly developed aesthetic, we designed a comprehensive website that communicates Sofwave’s technology’s value proposition. The site ensures visitors understand the technology’s impact and advantages, while also providing visibility to distribution partners and service providers that utilize the technology.

Service Branches

As a rapidly growing B2B/B2C brand with representatives worldwide, Sofwave must provide visibility to all branches using its technology. It is also essential to offer customers easy access to locate branches where they can receive services. To address the issue of boring static “Contact Us” or “Our Locations” pages, we developed an engaging design solution for searching service providers. Users can interact with a map, enter a location’s name to generate a list of nearby service providers, or click “Show providers near me” for immediate results. This seamless experience efficiently brings users closer to their goal, enhancing their interaction with the brand.

Distribution

Another important goal is to ensure visibility for distributors who can provide and implement the technology at B2B customer locations and offer comprehensive training. The customer wanted this page to have a different look than the service branches page. Therefore, the design presents a horizon of new possibilities upon landing. Customers are shown a list of countries and regions that support Sofwave technology. After clicking on one of these regions, they can access a list of Sofwave distribution partners.

Sales Dashboard Development

Creating a functional and useful dashboard relies heavily on understanding the final user’s needs. Sofwave provided us with data on key metrics and filters designed to help salespersons achieve their goals efficiently. The necessity to visualize various types of data and compare certain metrics required the creation of diverse data visualization options. Given the wide range of statistics to monitor, we developed multiple types of visualizations tailored to their specific requirements, including line graphs, bar charts, and donut charts. These visualizations are visually distinct yet adhere to the brand’s style guidelines. For a salesperson, the most critical aspect is having a comprehensive overview of current statistics, enabling effective management of resource consumption and the ability to plan sales strategies.
