Challenge
The project involved designing two core components: a tracking widget for employees to log their activity seamlessly and a web app for employee and managers to monitor productivity and analyze performance over time. The challenge was to create a minimalistic, user-friendly design that ensures effortless onboarding and intuitive feature utilization while adhering to the client’s technical requirements.
Tracker Widget Design
As simple as it gets: widget’s interface primarily consists of 4 buttons and is aimed at helping its users to not loose their precious work focus and time on setting it up.
Activity Tracking
When users start their workday and launch the tracking app, they are automatically clocked in. To log task completion, users simply click 'Add a Task,' select an activity from the list assigned to their role, and confirm it with a checkmark, signaling that the task is finished.
History
If a user selects the wrong activity by mistake, they can easily correct it using the History tab.
Break and Meeting
Feeling tired or off to a meeting? Just click the corresponding button which pauses tracking your working process until you come back.
Organization Structure Modules: Users, Roles, Teams
Solution provides user with a few modules with a user-friendly and straightforward navigation and help to structure the team and organization, set roles and assign activity types to each user group respectively.
Reports
While the tracking process is simple, the solution's advanced AI and analytics provide powerful insights. Users can gather various data types, identify performance gaps, and analyze trends over any time period.
