One of the most common challenges of designing for healthcare solutions is maintaining the balance of milimal, intuitive layout and providing a good overview of a necessary data for making quick decisions in situations that require it. The visually well-structured interface that we created simplifies complex data management, enhancing user interaction and productivity. Our team delivered a comprehensive and intuitive CRM system design tailored to the needs of various user categories, ensuring different levels of access and user types were well established. We designed a responsive web application that seamlessly integrates with existing healthcare systems, providing an efficient workflow for healthcare providers.
Patient's Visit Schedule
Each patient’s profile consolidates all relevant information, ensuring quick and easy access for caregivers. This includes a pre-planned schedule of visits, allowing caregivers to manage their multiple patients efficiently. All data is centralized and accessible from any device, enhancing the caregivers' ability to provide consistent and timely care. Adding events to the schedule is intuitive: hover over the day, tap the "+", enter the basic info, and rest assured that the information is synchronized with the system, preventing any overlaps.
Caregiver Schedule
As a Supervisor, having access to the entire schedule of your subordinates is crucial for tracking changes and planning in advance. Flexible filtering options and variety of customizable settings ensure qualitative working schedule management for each subordinate caregiver. A color coding of each planned visit should provide understanding wether there were any issues during visits and if further actions need to be taken.
Seamless Experience
Managing documents, managing resources, customer interaction tracking, reports, and analytics—these and other features are part of the CRM. However, one of the most important features, considering the scale of the platform, the organization itself, and the specifics of the work, is the integrated messaging option. Both within the company and between the client and service provider, you have the ability to connect through messaging with minimal clicks. Most importantly, you can provide context for the discussion even before you send a message.
